• attesting powers of attorney & other documents for global use;

• certifying documents for companies registered at UK Companies House or in international company registers;

• assisting with incorporation documents for overseas companies;

• attesting tender documents & other documents to be signed on behalf of a company for use overseas;

• applying for (1) legalisation of documents at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office under the Hague Convention ("apostille"), and (2) legalisation when necessary from the relevant embassy;

• administering oaths, affidavits and stat-decs for foreign jurisdictions; and,

• certifying copies of documents for international use (North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa).

Registered for the Premium One-Day legalisation service with the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office for urgent matters.

Fees are charged as per the regulations of the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Law Society of Scotland, namely based on the relative level of complexity of a piece of work and according to the estimate of the actual time it will take for a notarial act to be produced.
